That last shot is of one of two back-to-back small holiday dinners I prepared (#likeaboss) for Rosh Hashana. This was Roasted Apple Sirloin Roast, served with garlic potatoes and steamed green beans with crispy onion. Tonight we had honey-garlic chicken with leftover garlic potatoes, simple salad, and fresh challah. Two solid and successful holiday meals, if I do say so myself.
